In order to provide better conditions for castor bean producers, JLS developed the Kascavel harvester platform, which will facilitate the harvesting of castor berries.

The platform has an excellent performance, as one of its main differentials is the ability to perform the harvest, which has an exclusive system to remove the berries from the foot, through a set of rods with pendular movement, and transport from the fruits to the harvester through threads, which make the work efficient and productive.

Kascavel refers to the snake Cascavel, which moves the rattle to attract prey, a movement similar to the set of stems that harvest the castor beans.

In addition to its efficiency in harvesting, the platform is modular and can be adapted, in relation to the number of rows side by side, increasing the harvesting area, according to the capacity of the harvester that will be used.

Thus serving small to large producers, with a single platform to be coupled to a tractor, with a conveyor system and deposit of castor berries in transport wagons, as well as a platform with several lines, side by side, to be connected at the front of self-propelled grain harvesters, which already do the grain threshing process.

The most efficient on the market, in terms of productivity and minimal losses in the harvesting process.

The development of the platform counted on the partnership and technical support in the area of castor cultivation with the Mato-Grossense Cotton’s Institute (IMA-MT).
